Bacchus Marsh Little Athletics was represented by 14 athletes in 24 events at the State Track & Field Championship over the weekend. William Lalor claimed a silver medal in the Under 12 Discus with a throw of 32.67 metres. Jarvis Miles won a Bronze medal in the Under 13 Discus throwing a personal best distance of 36.23 metres. Under 9 athlete Alex Lloyd jumped a personal best height of 1.15 metres in the High Jump to win a State bronze medal.

All athletes proudly represented the Centre and enjoyed the experience of competing at this elite level of competition. Many athletes achieved personal best results and should be extremely proud of their achievements. Thank you to all parents who completed their allocated duty, it was thoroughly appreciated.
